Guarantees Golf clubs. Golf clubs are guaranteed from both a durability and a playability point of view:- All golf clubs supplied by the Golf Factory carry a two year guarantee period with regard to fair wear and tear. That is to say that if any club should materially fail during normal play, having been subjected to normal wear and tear, that club will be replaced (without any cost to the buyer) immediately. Stainless steel or titanium headed clubs will carry a 10 year guarantee assessed as above. Custom Built (the vast majority of clubs supplied) also carry a playability guarantee:- The purchaser shall have the right to return any club or clubs to the Golf Factory for free alteration in the event that the clubs fail to perform to a satisfactory level on the golf course. Alterations usually comprise changing grip thickness, shaft length or club head loft etc. However, if the situation warrants (company's decision is final) more fundamental changes like changing shaft and head types will also be carried out without charge to the purchaser. Bag & accessories etc. All golf bags, trolleys and accessories supplied by the Golf Factory carry a two year guarantee period with regard to fair wear and tear. The same terms apply as for clubs (see above). Peace of Mind You can see from above that the guarantees given by the Golf Factory are extensive and fair.
